I'm not really big into writing reviews but the employes at the 44 Ave NE location deserve a standing ovation for providing outstanding customer service!! On June 11th, myself and my husband were enjoying an evening out at the brewery across the street. Upon leaving, we discovered we had a flat tire which put us in a predicament because my hubby has an injured hand and I'm not the best with car things. I wasn't hopeful that I would get the help we needed as it was very close to 5pm on a Friday evening but I walked into urban x, explained our situation and was met with a bunch of smiling faces willing to help us with whatever we needed. In no time, they were across the street to retrieve the tire, had it plugged and we were on our way. Their assistance and friendliness left a lasting impression on us and I just had to write to thank you all for helping us out of a jam. We will definitely use your services again!
These guys are true experts in the tire service market. I had 3 so called experts charge me to fix a tire balancing issue and all of them said i need new tires. Urban Expressions fixed my balance issue with ease and explained the problem and why others had difficulty resolving it. It boils down to experience, equipment and a willingness to provide excellent service to customers. Don't bother going anywhere else for your tire service. Go to Urban Expressions and get it done right the first time.

I've used UrbanX a couple of times over the last several years for my tire needs, whether it is for purchasing new tires or just having them mounted. During my last visit in May 2020, there was a bit of a hiccup when the supplier sent 4 tires but didn't realized that 1 of them was the wrong tire and they noticed it as they were installing my tires. The guys at UrbanX were incredibly apologetic and were on the phone with the supplier immediately to rectify the situation. The next day, they called to say that the tire was delivered and installed it on my car right when I drove in that very same day. I had also called a week or so after to request the invoice via email so that I could submit it for a rebate on the tires and they delivered without hesitation. I have nothing but good things to say about the team at UrbanX, I would definitely recommend them to everyone, and I trust them entirely with all of my tire needs. Their price on tires are quite competitive, their customer service is top notch, they work fast, and their work is amazing. These guys are the best!
