I wanted to send through this note to say thank you!! Having worked in the service industry for many years, I am very aware that people are quick to complain, but rarely compliment. Your team at the 44th Ave location is amazing. I bought my winter tires from them about a year ago. Bob was excellent at making a recommendation for me on which tires and rims would be the best for my car and was diligent to ensure that the measurements were correct. Booking the installation was a breeze and the whole appointment to install may have taken 20 minutes that day. I didn't even have a chance to get bored waiting. I should have sent a note of thanks then. I was very impressed with the entire process and everyone I interacted with from start to finish. I needed to exchange my winter for my summer tires so last week, I once again reached out to the team. They got me booked in within 5 business days and were enthusiastic and pleasant to deal with over the phone. Upon arriving today. The same bright smiles met me at the door; everyone was professional and friendly. All of their measures to protect the spread of covid were awesome. They were diligent in communicating the measures that have been put in place and it was very apparent of the concern and consideration that was given to ensure my health and wellbeing. Again, I could barely turn around and my tire change was done!! I can not thank this team enough for not only their positive attitudes (it is easy for all of us to sink into a sense of grumpiness at the current disruption to our day to day lives) but their professional and efficient work ethic. This is a team you should be proud of! Rest assured I will be quick to recommend you to any and all that as for suggestions.
