The second I walked in to Urban X, Bob enthusiastically greeted me and I immediately knew I was in for a positive experience. I felt at ease that Bob and his team were eager to help and that I could trust them to do just that. It was my first time using their services. I brought my tire and rim for a diagnosis and he thoroughly explained the troubleshooting process to me. Helping customers seems to be a labour of love at Urban X and would definitely recommend them.
Highly recommend this shop when it comes to any and all tire needs. Had a great experience several years ago with my VW Jetta and had another super great experience with my Sierra. Bob was super helpful when suggesting tires for our needs. Prices are on point! 100% best in the city. Painless booking process and speedy service. Will be back in the future.
I had picked up a set of 24" rims and tires, the person I bought them from said that 2 of the rims were curbed and the rims were bent. I looked for a repair shop online and called Urban X. I spoke to Jeff on the phone who was very helpful and he said to bring rims in and they would check them out and see if they could repair them. When I arrived they helped get them out of my truck and put them on there wheel machine while I was there. After testing all 4 rims they let me know that none of the rims or tires had any damage at all. The tires were flat and needed to be mounted and balanced, I asked if they could do it and I had expected to pick them up next day but they said that they could be done in about and hour....! I left and didn't even think to ask what it would cost expecting it to be around $150-$200 total. Jeff gave me a call about and hour later and said they were finished. When I asked the total Jeff told me it was 84.00 total..! Wow that was 20.00 per rim and that to mount and balance a 24" rim. I have dealt with a number of tire shops over the years and no one has come close to the service I received here. Thanks to you all....! Mike
I have dealt with Urban Expressions a couple times. After my initial contact and purchase of tires for my wife's vehicle, I bought another full set for my truck. The service was second to none and they will price match. Whether you are dealing with the owner Bob, or his staff, their customer service doesn't change and you won't find a more knowledgeable group.
